Cleaving

Cleaving[cleavageRules]⟹primitive

generates an solid phase synthesis primitive that describes how the synthesized strand is removed from its solid support after the end of solid phase synthesis.

Details

  • The following keys can be used as inputs to the primitive:

    SampleObjectP[{Object[Sample],Model[Sample],Object[Sample],Model[Sample,StockSolution]}]The solution which will be used to perform the cleavage.
    TimeGreaterP[0 Second]The amount of time for which the cleavage solution will be mixed with the resin.
    VolumeGreaterP[0 Microliter]The volume of cleavage solution used.
    NumberOfReplicatesGreaterP[0]Number of times the cleavage step will be repeated.
