PlotNMR

PlotNMR[NMRdata]plot

generates a graphical representation of spectra contained in NMRdata.

PlotNMR[spectra]plot

generates a graphical representation of the provided spectra.

Details

  • NMR spectra are traditionally displayed in reverse x-axis form, however the option for PlotRange uses the standard {{xmin, xmax},{ymin, ymax}} format.

Plot timed NMR spectra in a stacked waterfall:

Options  (48)

Axes  (1)

When PlotType is set to WaterfallPlot, Axes specifies which axis lines and tick marks are displayed:

AxesEdge  (1)

When PlotType is set to WaterfallPlot, AxesEdge specifies where the axis lines and tick marks are displayed:

AxesLabel  (1)

When PlotType is set to WaterfallPlot, AxesLabel specifies the text displayed beside each axis:

AxesStyle  (1)

When PlotType is set to WaterfallPlot, AxesStyle specifies how the axis lines and tick marks are formatted:

AxesUnits  (1)

When PlotType is set to WaterfallPlot, AxesUnits specifies the units appended to each axis label:

Boxes  (1)

Use swatch boxes instead of lines in the legend:

ContourLabelPositions  (1)

When PlotType is set to WaterfallPlot, ContourLabelPositions specifies where each annotation is placed relative to the contours:

ContourLabels  (2)

When PlotType is set to WaterfallPlot, setting ContourLabels to a list of strings directly sets the annotation text:

When PlotType is set to WaterfallPlot, setting ContourLabels to None hides the annotations:

ContourLabelStyle  (1)

When PlotType is set to WaterfallPlot, setting ContourLabelStyle to a list of directives formats each annotation:

Display  (1)

Display additonal information, here Peaks, PeakWidths, Intensity:

Filling  (1)

Toggle the filling under each spectrum line:

FractionColor  (1)

Specify fraction color:

FractionHighlightColor  (1)

Specify the color of fraction highlights:

FractionHighlights  (1)

Specify fractions and fraction highlights for the spectra:

Fractions  (1)

Specify fractions for the spectra:

FrameLabel  (1)

Specify how the axes and tick labels are formatted:

FrameTicks  (1)

Toggle the display of tick marks:

FrameTicksStyle  (1)

Specify only how tick labels are formatted:

GridLines  (1)

Specify where lines are overlayed on the plot:

GridLinesStyle  (1)

Specify the format of lines overlayed on the plot:

LabelField  (1)

When PlotType is set to WaterfallPlot, LabelField sets the object field used to annotate each contour:

Plot a group of spectra data as independent contours in a waterfall:

PrimaryData  (1)

Specify which data field is displayed:

ProjectionAngle  (1)

When PlotType is set to WaterfallPlot and WaterfallProjection is set to Parallel, ProjectionAngle sets the angle between the X and Z axes:

ProjectionDepth  (1)

When PlotType is set to WaterfallPlot, ProjectionDepth sets the spacing between contours:

Reflected  (1)

Specify whether the x-axis orientation should be inverted:
